Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. The renewal charge is processed by Stripe on the renewal date.

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your local consumer-protection laws (for example, a statutory cooling-off period or an unused paid trial where required by law), please contact us using the details below and we will review your request.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

After your paid period ends, your account becomes read-only for 30 days, after which your data is permanently deleted. See our Terms of Service for details.

If BubbleLink offers a free trial or promotional price, the specific terms will be shown at the time you sign up. Unless stated otherwise, standard refund terms apply once a paid subscription begins.

If you notice an unexpected or duplicate charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve billing issues promptly. Chargebacks made without first contacting BubbleLink may delay resolution.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will update the date above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
