Your notice must include

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (such as a URL or profile name).
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not substantially include these elements may not be acted upon.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which BubbleLink may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us that they have filed a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

BubbleLink will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may result in liability for damages.
