Accessibility Statement

BubbleLink is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the app do not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to improve accessibility.

• Color contrast — we have updated our color palette to improve text contrast and continue to fix remaining low-contrast text.
• Keyboard navigation — most interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a "Skip to content" link on main screens and visible focus indicators.
• Focus management — standard dialogs and sheets keep keyboard focus inside them while open.
• Forms — inputs have associated labels, logical tab order, and clear error messages.
• Meetings — recorded meetings can be transcribed so audio content is available as text.
• Text alternatives — icons and images use accessible names or text alternatives where they convey meaning.

BubbleLink uses a highly visual, interactive "bubble" interface for navigating connections. While the underlying controls are keyboard-accessible, some free-form visual arrangements may be easier with a mouse. We continue to improve keyboard and assistive-tech support for these views.

Some custom overlays do not yet trap keyboard focus, and some text may not yet meet AA contrast. We are working to fix these.

Third-party maps (Esri/ArcGIS) are embedded for the connections map; their accessibility is governed by the provider.

BubbleLink is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Sign-up requires a date of birth and rejects users under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

BubbleLink uses the following third-party content, each under its own license:

• Fonts — the app uses system and UI fonts (sans-serif) that are licensed by the operating system; we do not bundle fonts that require a separate paid license.
• Photography & imagery — the BubbleLink logo and brand imagery are owned by BubbleLink.
• Map tiles — the connections map uses Esri ArcGIS Static Basemap Tiles, accessed via an ArcGIS Location Platform API key under the Esri terms. Attribution: Powered by Esri | Esri, TomTom, Garmin, FAO, NOAA, USGS, © OpenStreetMap contributors, and the GIS User Community.
• Open-source software — we use open-source libraries (React, Tailwind CSS, Leaflet, and others) under their respective licenses.
